3.8.0 Released

This release includes several updates and is a recommended upgrade for all Busby users.

1. We've added Dutch. In order to support our userbase in Belgium, we have added Dutch and extended our French language! Welcome to Busby!
2. The panic button is now available for all - this was previously only for premium members
3. Implemented emergency contact validation for the panic button
4. Several UI and Bug fixes
